This evening we will dine at Osteria in Casuarina, an Italian inspired restaurant renowned for its lovely dishes created from locally grown produce. Overnight: Peppers Salt Resort &Spa or similar Day 3 | Murwillumbah & Mount Warning Today we visit M-Arts Precinct which is set in an industrial warehouse and classic Art Deco building in Murwillumbah, a vibrant place where local artists display their artworks. The Tweed Regional Gallery and Margaret Olley Art Centre showcase a dedicated gallery where artworks from the collection are staged. Today we lunch at Mavis’, a 25-acre former dairy farm nestled at the base of the majestic Wollumbin-Mt Warning. Surrounded by World Heritage rain forest and the fertile farmland of the lush Tweed Valley, the produce here is sourced locally and harvested seasonally. This afternoon we visit Mount Warning in World-Heritage-listedWollumbin National Park, part of the Tweed Range in the Northern Rivers region which was formed from a volcanic plug of the now-gone Tweed Volcano which erupted around 23 million years ago. Overnight: Peppers Salt Resort &Spa or similar Day 4 | Kingscliff Today we enjoy an eco river cruise along Stott’s Island to a riverside village - Tumbulgum or Chinderah (tide dependent).

We will follow the path of the pioneers and hear the region’s history while viewing many tree species and an abundance of bird life including seeing the birds of prey being fed. Today we lunch at Husk Distillery and will sample their specialty gin before our farewell dinner this evening. Overnight: Peppers Salt Resort &Spa or similar Day 5 | Depart Gold Coast After breakfast, we transfer to Gold Coast airport. Saying a fond farewell to new friends, we take away memories of an enchanting springtime Sojourn on the Tweed Coast.

Day 1 | Arrive Gold Coast Transfer from Gold Coast Airport to the Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, a luxurious beach side resort situated on Kingscliff ’s stunning beach. Your welcome dinner will be hosted by your Journey Director tonight at Fins, a multi-award winning fine dining restaurant that serves organic produce and sustainable seafood. Overnight: Peppers Salt Resort &Spa or similar Day 2 | Kingscliff After breakfast this morning we will visit award-winning Tropical Fruit World to learn about their unique and innovative style of growing exotic fruit trees. More than 500 fruits from all around the World are grown on this 165 acre family farm, and every season brings exotic, unusual and delicious fruit varieties. We will learn about these many fruits while touring the property by tractor-train and cruise boat. We will also meet farm animal friends, kangaroos and emus in the Fauna Park before sampling seasonal fruits during the fruit tasting session. For lunch today we will experience organic paddock to plate farming at its best at Farm & Co as we enjoy produce grown directly on the property. We will learn how this organic farm utilises the best of both traditional agriculture and modern techniques to create and nurture healthy soils by using nature and natural processes as its foundation rather than relying on synthetic chemicals.
